It is a double release for Gospel music minister Ify Dan Excell as she comes with the video for the wave-making single “Simply Beautiful,” she complements the video release with yet another single titled “All Things,” an apt response in the face of the global pandemic.
Simply Beautiful,” which also earned a refix (released, December 2019) with production credit to Ambassador Wole Oni, is one of the tracks off her 2018 EP “The Beautiful Counsel of the Lord.” The Jazzy piece with subtle pastiches of Disney-kind of symphonies speaks of God’s greatness and unfathomable which is displayed all over the wonders of His creations. This is lavishly expressed in the Uvi Orogun directed video clip, depicting the beauty of God’s creation in nature.
Ify Dan Excell points the world to the beauty of God in the sky, the seas, the mountains and even in you to drive home the message that no matter what we are faced with, God is able to bring beauty out of the ugliness.

The versatile Ify Dan Excell pushes the frontiers of her artistic capabilities as she explores Tropical music boundaries without discarding her Soul music root. The steady, rhythmic mid-tempo tropical sound stirs audacious faith as the vocals of Dan Excell blares revelation with authority.
As we celebrate the Easter season, Dan Excell stresses that the victory birthed by the resurrection is still at work in our lives today, and that which seem like death is working out for a testimony – just like the resurrection; especially in these times when the whole world is clamoring for healing due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Ify Dan Excell is the MD of Excell Nutrition and Diet Therapy Services Nigeria. She is the pioneer Choir Leader for her church, Living Faith Church World Wide, Agip Ada George, Port Harcourt.
She has to her credit beautiful releases including “Dominion,” “Okaka Jehovah,” “He is the Highest” and more. Also an EP titled “The Beautiful Counsel of the Lord.” She is working on her new album which will be released in the year 2020.
