Whitchurch churches hopeful of reopening soon

As Prime Minister Boris Johnson draws out his roadmap for leaving lockdown, the Church of England Churches in Whitchurch Fauls and Tilstock are hoping to get services back underway.
Rector of St Alkmund’s in Whitchurch, Reverend Judy Hunt, says that in the meantime, the churches remain open to private worship. “From the CoE Churches in Fauls, Tilstock and Whitchurch, we’re hoping to be able to plan for a gradual resuming of Sunday worship and other services, depending on the road map set out by the Prime Minister on Monday. “In the meantime, our buildings are open for private prayer and please do check out our website for resources for all-ages and regular videos or phone messages.
“If anyone needs help, please do contact us.”
